Hello, Julien

As the title says, I cannot join any of the Rooms using Mozilla Firefox Browser. I have Version 59.0.1 (64-bit). It was working just fine before, now it isn't anymore, it gets stuck on 'Loading Room' screen. Please look into it asap because I can't play, that already costed me the 'Best of the week' award...

Best Regards!

Hello,

What is your operating system please?

Try the following:

1. empty your browser cache (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-clear-firefox-cache) and try again

2. Disable your adblocker and try again

3. If still no luck, try to play with Google Chrome and let me know if it works for further investigations.

Regards,

Julien

Hi,

OS is Windows 7 Ultimate x64

1. That was the first thing I did, it does not help.

2. I did disable everything under Privacy & Security in Options. Also did disable and even exit my Kaspersky Total Security. Did not help.

3. It does work with Microsoft Internet Explorer 11. I would like to use Firefox tho because that's where I have Bookmarks of some online games.

More info: Mozilla Firefox has it's Cache on the SSD while MS Internet Explorer on the RAMDisk. Even tho I don't think that should matter at all...
I have even tried to join rooms after changing my IP address, still no luck.

I suspect it has something to do with the latest Mozilla Firefox Update 59.0.1 installed on March 16 at 17:26 hours. I was able to play Friday evening right after the update, as I remember, but not anymore from next session(Friday night - Saturday).
Is there a way to revert Firefox Browser to the previous version? I could also try that...

Thanks for the support

Hi Cruel, I found Kaspersky more trouble than it was worth - I only have it on my phone now at the lowest setting. But I did find chrome to be much better than Firefox, I gave up with it and stuck to chrome.Don't ask me how but I did manage to export my bookmarks so they appear on both browsers.
Regards
Bakseeb

Hello Bakseeb, I've been using Kaspersky for 15 years now, it is by far the best (in my humble opinion)! I have tried everything else there is on the market and Kaspersky is definitely the strongest... The only downside I can think of, is that it might be abit too heavy on the resources on older PCs. It also costs too much on the official website but it is available on Amazon decent priced.
About Google Chrome, I fucking hate it's interface, will never use that browser, ever... :D

Thanks for trying to help tho, now I will just wait for the next major update of Mozilla Firefox and see if things change. If not, the good old MS IE haha
