These terms of sale explain the rights and duties of the company:
registered and domiciled in Paris, France, owner and manager of the website "strip-poker.xxx", hereinafter called "the company" and those of its customers in the sale of automatic renewable or non renewable subscriptions.
Subscriptions unlock videos contents included in our online strip-poker game.
Any service provided by the company implies for the buyer to know and accept these terms of sale.
The website offers both automatic renewable subscriptions and non renewable subscriptions.
Subscription prices and their conditions (with or withour renewal) are listed on the subscription page.
Automatic renewable subscriptions can be cancelled at any time at no cost, the buyer will keep the videos unlocked for the time paid. To cancel a subscription, a button "Cancel my subscription" will appear on your user profil page.
Payments are processed online with credit cards (Visa ou Mastercard).
Video are unlocked immediately, right after your payment has been accepted.
Currencies accepted are euros (EUR), dollars (USD) and pounds (GBP).
In compliance with the French Consumption Code article L.121-21-8, a withdrawal period is not applicable to the electronic sale of videos.
